The process
This is how we make your bags.
Deadstock leather, cut and sewn by hand in our Vienna atelier — about six hours of handwork in a small bag, eight in a large one.
- 01Choose the leatherLeftover hides, bought in and sorted by hand — each one decides what it becomes.
- 02Cut the patternMarked and cut piece by piece, matched with European fabrics and buckles.
- 03Sew by handSeams, lining and hardware come together at the machine.
- 04Hand it overOften by the woman who made it, across the counter at Hermanngasse 19.
